If you have been keeping up to date with the IFH rules you will notice that are about to change. Here is a copy of the new rule book and further details can be obtained. as to how they may be interpreted can be found on the England Hockey website.

Do you know the rules. England Hockey provide an on line test and if you are thinking to do level one then you will need to prove that you have completed this by printing out a hard copy of your certificate:
