Ladies 2nd XI v BBHC (L) Saturday 1st February

February 3, 2020

An unAn uncharacteristicly lacklustre performance in the first half found Ops 3-0 down at half time but the second half was totally different. Ops came out with renewed vigour and put BBHC under pressure, eventually winning a short corner for their efforts which was struck home by Lucy Robbins. Folkestone didn’t back down and pulled another back when Natalie Harvey’s through ball was taken by Christine Lawrence who rounded the keeper and slotted into an empty goal. Despite their effort and continual work rate, plus a short corner at the end of time, Ops were unable to get the equalising goal the second half performance deserved.characteristicly lacklustre performance in the first half found Ops 3-0 down at half time but the second half was totally different.
