Mens 4th XI v Ashford – Saturday 28th October

October 30, 2017
The Folkestone 4th XI played a hard game against Ashford 3s. They worked the ball across the back line and were constantly playing into space.  The boys continued to work hard throughout the entire match; Cameron McLeod, Cieran Payne, and Joe Thresher made some great runs that enabled the many opportunities higher up the pitch. Sensational saves from Elliot Webb in goal kept the boys motivated and focused. It was a well fought game that ended in an undeserved 2-0 defeat for the Folkestone Boys who are analysing the game as a team and working together to get a few well deserved points next to their name.
